The first step in your fitness journey at i2 Fitness is to meet with one of our head coaches, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We will have a casual conversation about where you are currently at, what you have done in the past, and what you would like to achieve in the future. We will work with you to come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals in a way that best fits your lifestyle. The consultation is the perfect opportunity to see if i2 Fitness aligns with your vision of future fitness success!
Can't get to the gym? Not enough time in the day? No worries, we can coach you 24/7 with our custom virtual app. Through our online coaching program we create individualized workout plans based on your goals, time availability, and accessibility of space/equipment allowing you to stay committed. We also track your nutrition, exercise, and body metrics to optimize your results. We place a high value on communication so we use live messaging so our members know they are being cared for by a real life coach!
We believe to see results and keep those results (key word: keep) we need to approach each person as a whole and coach individuals on how changing small habits over time will develop a lasting change. We have a knowledgeable team of coaches to help teach you tools that will allow you to shift how we think and approach all areas of fitness.
Team Coaching Sessions
Our team sessions are the perfect blend of: strength training to increase lean muscle, multi-function movements to scorch body fat, and a fantastic community by your side. Our goal is to train in a way that allows your body to move more efficiently and effectively. The reason we train this way is because when you move better, you feel better. Not only that you will be less stressed, have more energy and be more confident! Our coaches will guide you through each session so you feel confident performing every movement safely. As your fitness level improves our coaches are there to continue to challenge you. What’s great about this is when you are continually challenged you continuallysee results at a rate that feels comfortable to you!
Fitness Check ins
Every month you will have the opportunity to meet with one of our professional coaches to see how your experience is going, measure your progress, get you excited about continuing your progress, and explain the plan moving forward. Typically members that walk out of a Fitness Check In are extremely pumped up, remotivated, and determined to crush their fitness goals
We have several systems in place to help you stay on track including: one on one evaluations, team sessions, a heart rate monitor system and our very own app that you can use anywhere! Each member receives a heart rate monitor to wear while working out, allowing you to track the intensity and consistency of your workouts. Our coaches take on the full responsibility to make sure you succeed by making appropriate adjustments in your program based on your monthly fitness check-in results.
Private Coaching Sessions
Our private coaching sessions offer the highest level of guidance and are for those members who want a more individualized experience and need a little more accountability. No matter where you are starting, our coaches will tailor a program specific to you that will allow you to see the best results possible. You will work closely with your coach to identify and clarify your health and fitness goals. Next, we will assess your movement, talk about nutrition, and design a program that is targeted to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
To put it as simple as possible: if you don’t eat right, you won’t feel right. Nutrition plays an extremely important role in being successful with your fitness goals, it can also be one of the more challenging parts of the process. That is why we work with you to design a healthy, balanced nutrition plan that aligns with your exercise program and your lifestyle.
